These terms explain the responsibilities that apply when you create an account, submit professional evidence, buy a service, book mentorship, publish information, or use the GraphicBidu platform.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide a working email address, complete required email confirmation, and keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts involved in abuse, impersonation, fraud, or material policy violations.
2. Your information and evidence
You remain responsible for the accuracy of profile content, claims, links, files, work samples, and application statements. Do not submit material that is false, infringing, confidential without permission, unlawful, malicious, or intended to mislead a reviewer, employer, client, mentor, or buyer.
3. Verification is not guaranteed
GraphicBidu verification is a human-led assessment based on the material available to the reviewer and the applicable criteria. Payment does not guarantee approval, a specific score, a job, a client outcome, or permanent public visibility. We may request clarification, return an application for improvement, or decline approval.
4. Public profiles and visibility
You control the information you choose to publish within available settings, subject to approved-record requirements and platform safety rules. We may remove or limit public visibility where information is inaccurate, unsafe, infringing, misleading, or inconsistent with the review outcome.
5. Mentorship, courses, and marketplace
Mentors, learning paths, and marketplace items may have their own eligibility, availability, delivery, and moderation conditions. Do not misuse downloads, access credentials, booking links, or learning materials. Marketplace and mentorship access may be limited or removed when payment fails, an offer is withdrawn, or platform rules are breached.
6. Payments and refunds
Prices, billing modes, and availability are shown before a relevant purchase or application step. You are responsible for providing correct payment information. Refund handling is governed by the Refund Policy and may depend on whether fulfilment, delivery, review, or a session has already begun.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape protected data, send spam, introduce malicious code, interfere with the platform, abuse support channels, or use GraphicBidu to harass or deceive others. We may investigate and take proportionate action to protect users and the platform.
8. Availability, changes, and contact
We may update, maintain, suspend, or change parts of the service as it evolves. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GraphicBidu is provided without a guarantee that every feature will be available at all times. Questions can be sent to support@graphicbidu.com or legal@graphicbidu.com.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any dispute process will follow the applicable legal requirements for the services used on GraphicBidu.
