We use information to operate the platform, protect accounts, deliver requested services, and maintain accountable review workflows. We do not sell personal data. Public professional information is shown only through approved records and visibility choices.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details such as name, email address, password hash, and optional phone number.
  • Profile information, professional links, skills, work history, and visibility choices.
  • Verification applications, evidence links, protected uploads, review feedback, and issued record data.
  • Course, mentorship, marketplace, billing, support, and communication records.
  • Technical and security information such as IP address, device/browser data, audit logs, and rate-limit events.

2. Why we use it

  • To create, secure, and administer accounts.
  • To provide verification, learning, mentoring, marketplace, and support services you request.
  • To process payments, invoices, refunds, and service records.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, impersonation, spam, and unauthorised access.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations and respond to valid requests from authorities.

3. Public records and evidence

Public profile and verification information is not published simply because an account exists. A public record may appear only after the relevant approval process and according to the visibility controls available in your workspace. Protected evidence is intended for authorised review and operational roles only.

4. Service providers and sharing

We may use hosting, email, payment, analytics, storage, and other operational providers to run the service. We share only the information reasonably needed for those services, legal obligations, security investigations, or a transaction you ask us to complete. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to operate accounts, maintain review and payment records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform. We use technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and requests

You can update profile information and visibility choices through your workspace. For access, correction, deletion, account recovery, or privacy questions, contact privacy@graphicbidu.com from the email connected to your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Analytics and cookies

Where you permit analytics, GraphicBidu may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site activity. We do not intentionally send form responses, protected evidence, private uploads, or account content to analytics tools. You can change your analytics choice from the site footer.
