Refund principle
Every request is reviewed against the service purchased, the work already performed, and applicable law. A payment receipt alone does not automatically establish refund eligibility.
Refund policy
Refund handling depends on the service purchased, the payment status, and whether a digital delivery, review, or session fulfilment step has already begun.
Refund principle
Every request is reviewed against the service purchased, the work already performed, and applicable law. A payment receipt alone does not automatically establish refund eligibility.
Verification fees cover application processing and human review work. If a reviewer has already begun assessing an application, or a final decision has been issued, the fee may be non-refundable except where required by law or where GraphicBidu determines that an exception is appropriate.
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged incorrectly, or paid for a service that was not created in your account, contact support with your payment reference. We will investigate the record before confirming any adjustment or refund.
Digital learning access, downloads, templates, and other marketplace items are generally final once fulfilment or access begins. A failed payment does not unlock access automatically. Technical delivery issues should be reported promptly with the relevant order reference.
Mentorship refunds or rescheduling depend on the service terms, mentor availability, and whether a session has been confirmed or delivered. Contact support as early as possible if you need help with a booking.
Use the contact page or email support@graphicbidu.com from the address connected to the purchase. Include your order, invoice, booking, or payment reference; the service involved; and a short factual explanation of the issue.
We may ask for additional details to verify the request. Where a refund is approved, the return method and timing depend on the original payment channel and applicable processing requirements. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
